On the way to Ofir, a little south of Bonança , we can visit the Barreiras Medieval Cemetery, one of the testimonies of the medieval community located in Fão.This cemetery is the most significant monuments of its kind in all the Iberian Peninsula. The number of graves that it has been identified amounts to some two hundred and the dates range between XI and XIV centuries.
