Located on the seafront, in a large square on the southern edge of Caxinas and bounded by the Avenues Brasil and Comandante Coutinho Lanhoso, this sculptural set in bronze by the brothers Carlos, Eduardo and Ramiro Bompastor, plastic artists born in Vila do Conde. It was inaugurated in 1994 and, inspired by local characters, represents the bravery and skill of fishermen facing the harshness of their art.
