The Restaurant Tormes is a high quality restaurant inserted in the Eça de Queiroz Foundation. It has by mission to serve the dishes that Eça de Queiroz (portuguese writer) describes so well in several books, especially "A Cidade e as Serras" (The City and the Mountains). The Chicken Soup, the Chicken with Board Beans Rice and Crème Brûlée, among many others, always accompanied by a green wine of excellence, are the main dishes of Tormes Restaurant.
