The “Taberna do Coelho” restaurant has its origins in a grocery store. As many people passed by, the owners started to have several snacks at first time and codfish and roasted lamb later on.

The number of costumers increases having the necessity of a larger space. At this time two new rooms supported the restaurant.
In 2012 the restaurant was restored with new furniture and equipment as well as new menu and wine list.
